I am a paper artist. I stared my paper journey early last year, and I love everything about it. It’s so versatile. So many things can be done using it.  I create paper jewelry using watercolor paper that is painted using acrylic paints. The paper is then stamped and stenciled before it is cut to the desired shape. No two pairs of earrings are the same, since the paper used is cut using the entire sheet of paper and the markings are different on the sheet. I stack multiple sheets of paper together to ensure that is can hold up to daily wear. I use brass and silver findings as a base for my jewelry with incorporated stones and crystals. My jewelry is certainly one of a kind, it’s unique and creative. Because it is one of a kind, when new pieces are made, the paper element may not be painted the same, it might not even have the same colors in it, that’s what makes my work so fun and different.
